Wow! I may be finished with reading this book but I am certainly not finished with it。 It’ll be in my resource section for sure, and I still have some exercises I want to go through。 Her tarot exercises remind me very much of what I go through with dream interpretation。 The cross-over makes the inward journey even more enticing。 A must have for those interested in tarot reading, numerology, Jungian archetypes, astrology。。。。。 just get the book!

Available through Hoopla! I thought this book was going to be lame before knowing who Mary K。 Greer was, like an attention-grabbing, but shallow read。 Oh no, comes from well-researched place and was super well organized。 A tarot reader I really like (The Word Witch) talks about year cards and such, had me definitely interested。 Telling people their tarot card (via birthdate) has been a fun party trick。 I skipped the bits about name cards, as I'm。。。。。 between names currently。Overall, definitely c Available through Hoopla! I tend to love all of Greer's books on tarot, but this one after you get past the number aspects of your birth date/year card it goes down into a rabbit hole of your name card。 I was with it until the about mid way through that chapter when she had you doing all kinds of things and making no sense with your Theme/Rhythm/Etc cards。 it's an excellent reference for those that wish to use the book to help understand people in and around their life but doesn't add anything new from her "Tarot for You I tend to love all of Greer's books on tarot, but this one after you get past the number aspects of your birth date/year card it goes down into a rabbit hole of your name card。 I was with it until the about mid way through that chapter when she had you doing all kinds of things and making no sense with your Theme/Rhythm/Etc cards。 it's an excellent reference for those that wish to use the book to help understand people in and around their life but doesn't add anything new from her "Tarot for Yourself" book (or another one that she mentions "Tarot Mirror")。 i really do think the name card went too far into the field for it to be usual for most people。 。。。more

I heard about this book on the Tarot Bytes podcast when Mary K。 Greer guested & covered the topic of birth cards (one of the subjects of this book)。 The content within this book adds a rich, highly personal layer to tarot interpretation。 Highly recommended。

I have learned so much from this book, I felt like I was back in college (in a good way)。 Of course I keep returning to this book because some of it is still a little too "deep" for me and I want to be able to understand everything completely in order to properly use "my" cards in a meaningful way。I also learned not only my personal Tarot Cards but also those cards that correspond with my Astrological Houses and I don't "do" astrology however it's a good introduction to Astrology。 As a Tarot Rea I have learned so much from this book, I felt like I was back in college (in a good way)。 Of course I keep returning to this book because some of it is still a little too "deep" for me and I want to be able to understand everything completely in order to properly use "my" cards in a meaningful way。I also learned not only my personal Tarot Cards but also those cards that correspond with my Astrological Houses and I don't "do" astrology however it's a good introduction to Astrology。 As a Tarot Reader/Advisor/Fortune Teller that will be a helpful addition to further aid my Clients。I very highly recommend this book with absolutely no reservation。 。。。more

This book is an update/revision of a previous book Mary K。 Greer published quite some time ago, "Tarot Constellations" which has been out-of-print。 This volume has more materials than the original。 So for those who seek the book, instead of searching for old editions at lower prices, should get this one instead。Mary K。 Greer mixes tarot and numerology in a good way in this book。 It pretty much works like numerology but uses the majors of the tarot instead of just numbers。 So like typical numerol This book is an update/revision of a previous book Mary K。 Greer published quite some time ago, "Tarot Constellations" which has been out-of-print。 This volume has more materials than the original。 So for those who seek the book, instead of searching for old editions at lower prices, should get this one instead。Mary K。 Greer mixes tarot and numerology in a good way in this book。 It pretty much works like numerology but uses the majors of the tarot instead of just numbers。 So like typical numerology, there are numerous cards for different aspects of our personality。And this book also adds year cards as well towards the end of the book, to calculate which major card will influence the year, and what kind of things you can expect during that year。 。。。more
